Thursday August 15th -- Spend an evening with the incredibly gifted artisans of the Cumberland Valley. We've invited a variety of local artisans, working in a variety of mediums, to demonstrate their craft and how they reflect the Appalachian Trail experience through their work. Get an up close and personal look at their design process and talk with them about how they find their inspiration. You'll also have an opportunity to try your hand at an art project of your own with the help of the Art Center School and Galleries of Mechanicsburg. The fun begins at 6 p.m.
This event is free and open to the public. Just bring your creative spirit and a willingness to try something new.
