Large Chestnut Tree Report Form

A.T. MEGA-Transect Chestnut Project is a partnership of the Appalachian Trail Conservancy and the American Chestnut Foundation. Use one of this form to report individual trees that are 13 inches or larger in circumference at 4.5 feet above ground.  Use one form for each tree, and number the trees sequentially according to their location.
