This fall, the Appalachian Trail Conservancy (ATC) will be on tour to help spread the word about the Appalachian Trail (A.T.). During this membership drive, we will be visiting local theaters to showcase the film Appalachian Impressions, as well as provide information about the Conservancy and how they can give back to the Trail. That’s where we need your help!
Our goal for this drive is to make people aware of the Appalachian Trail and the benefits it brings to the community. We are also looking to bring in 2,180 new members to support the A.T.; a new member for every mile of the Trail.
That is why we are looking for volunteers to participate in our A.T. Street Team Program. The more we get the word out, the more people can learn and become apart of the Appalachian Trail experience!

The Appalachian Trail Conservancy (ATC) is looking for a few volunteers to help out during the day of our 2013 Membership Drive.
Volunteers are needed to help set up before the event, greet guests, hand out promotional materials, take photos and, if necessary, show people to their seats. After the work is completed volunteers can enjoy the event and watch the film for free, meet our special guest speakers, and listen to the stories of our volunteers and 2,000-milers.
